Management of the workgroup "passenger information in the vehicle and at the stop", which created the concept for a standardized passenger information in the Zurich region. This concept was the base for many passenger information concepts from other public transport companies / associations (e.g. Swiss Federal Railways and the VöV (FIScommun))
Control system: basic concept, specification, design of the tender documents, evaluation of the tenders, as well as technical advice and support for the introduction of the new public transport control system (itcs) with dynamic passenger information at bus stops and in vehicles in the canton of Zurich
Radio system: design, radio load calculations and evaluation (comparison GSM, Tetrapol, Tetra and analogue radio) of the radio system for the entire network area (16 radio sites and 5 radio link repeater)
Design and support of the interface to the national ticketing system (S-POS) with the itcs
Support of the commissioning of the new itcs, the interface to the trains and the transfer monitoring between the ZVV and Swiss Federal Railways
Coordination and monitoring of the final acceptance of the itcs, including the functionality of the radio and the radio system itself
Support of the project management and professionals of the public transport company during the whole project
This itcs includes approximately 1,100 vehicles and 400 passenger information display at stops

Professional support of the project management for the implementation of the individual personnel scheduling system
Fault and requirments analysis
Work out of solution proposals and necessary change requets
Support of the project team
